Shipping, Returns and Processing Times
Shipping & Processing
All orders are made with love and care by a husband and wife team. We make all our items to order and there is a minimum expected 14 business day turnaround for production. Shipping is on top of this time. There are exceptions to this so please contact if you'd like something sooner.
For current shipping times please email or contact us via social media. We can sometimes get orders processed and shipped within 24 hours.
All items are sent via regular mail with Australia Post. They are packaged safely using bubble wrap and posted in boxes to prevent items from being damaged in transit. Once your order has been shipped, Wattle and Wildflower accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.
Wattle and Wildflower takes no responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time if needed for a gift or birthday party prop when this date is within the 14 business day turn around or just outside of this time. You must allow shipping time from the 14 day period it may take to ship your order. All orders are made to order and shipped from Wagga Wagga, NSW.
Express post is selectable at the checkout and reduces shipping times to a 1-3 day window.

Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. All Australian sales are charged 10% GST at the checkout on goods and postage.
Production Time
All items are made to order in our workshop in Wagga Wagga NSW. Each item has a three week maximum turn-around. Please email if you require something with urgency.
Exchanges & Refunds
Wattle and Wildflower does not accept exchanges for change of mind. Wattle and Wildflower will happily replace items if they are not as per your order due to a fault by Wattle and Wildflower, for example; a word or name has been spelt incorrectly. Please contact via email with proof of fault with a photograph of the item. When an item is incorrect due to the fault of the customer, for example, you have provided the incorrect spelling of a name or requested the wrong colour or size, you will need to purchase a replacement. Refunds are on a case-by-case basis, contact us with your refund request query and we will see how we can help. Dependant on the scenario, refunds can be provided with store credit.
