We will try our best to answer your frequently asked questions regarding customisation, shipping, production times and anything else.

 

  • Can I track my order?

  • Yes, tracking will be provided at some stage after your order is placed but before it has shipped. It does not mean your order has been finished though. All orders are hand made for each customer and carry a production time generally 1 to 2 weeks. Email us at sales@wattleandwildflower.com.au for updates to current production times.

     

  • Where do you ship to?

  • Anywhere in the world! We have local delivery, standard and express Australian, Auspost shipping and standard and express International shipping.

     

  • What customisation or personalisation can I have with my order?

  • Generally any text-based customisation is fine. For items with existing text, your text will always be in the same font UNLESS you know EXACTLY which font you'd like instead. You can ask for custom work beyond that, such as your business logo on a cake topper or wall sign BUT we may reject a job if it is something like copying another stores Milestone card or something similar.
